Permission to fourthwall both the Eleventh Doctor and Itsuki Koizumi! There are lots of things he could figure out about both of them.

Although there are also quite a few he probably couldn't figure out - some things about 11's past, and anything that happens when Koizumi randomly disappears into thin air, etc. So it's possible he'd figure out half the truth and draw a completely incorrect conclusion - that could be fun too.

But yes, know anything about them you want :)
